This role will own the end-to-end coordination, visibility, and execution of display projects across cross-functional teams including Sales, Trade Marketing, Creative, Supply Chain, Logistics and external vendors. The Project Manager will ensure projects are properly scoped, timelines are realistic and adhered to, and risks are proactively identified and mitigated.

This individual will play a critical role in transforming our current processes into a disciplined, scalable, and predictable system, enabling on-time delivery of retailer displays.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

End-to-End Project Management

  • Validate feasibility using milestone calculators, inventory readiness, and timeline constraints

  • Build and maintain accurate timelines and project management tracking with clear dependencies and ownership

  • Drive project alignment and momentum by ensuring all tasks and milestones are assigned, tracked, and completed on time

  • Act as the single source of truth for project status, risks, next steps, and leadership briefing

Cross-Functional Communication

  • Serve as the central point of coordination across both internal teams and external vendors

  • Ensure the right stakeholders are engaged at the right time to continue project momentum, minimize disruptions, and protect timelines

  • Identity, assess, and appropriately escalate project risks and manage risk mitigation with the project team

  • Lead regular display project review meetings to ensure transparency for all stakeholders

Timeline Management & Risk Mitigation

  • Escalate and push back on infeasible timelines or incomplete inputs

  • Develop and manage workback schedules from in-store dates using milestone calculators

  • Continuously monitor timelines and proactively identify risks, delays, or bottlenecks

  • Identity, assess, and appropriately escalate project risks and implement risk mitigation

What we are looking for:

Required

  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in:

    • Physical product, merchandising, or production

    • Display production, packaging, or operations (strongly preferred)

  • Exceptional ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with high attention to detail and drive them to completion

  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with tight deadlines

  • Experience working with external vendors and managing production timeline

  • Highly organized and collaborative, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

  • Skilled at navigating ambiguity and aligning cross-functional teams

  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com)

Preferred:

  • Strategic and process-driven with a continuous improvement mindset

  • Experience building new processes, templates, or PM frameworks

  • Practical knowledge: familiarity with packaging, printing, corrugate, or packaging design
